  • Yes, since the application process involves background checks and enrolling into a government program, there are. There is a $100 fee for the online application, and a $40 fee for the fingerprints/background check. This may vary, as well as the notary and mailing cost.

  • You are able to apply at 17, but you will have to complete the background check and fingerprinting process once you turn 18. It is up to you to decide.

  • If you are not in school for Pharmacy/Medical studies yet, complete the Technician application. Once you are in school for this career path, you are able to apply for the Intern License.
