Yes, since the application process involves background checks and enrolling into a government program, there are. There is a $100 fee for the online application, and a $40 fee for the fingerprints/background check. This may vary, as well as the notary and mailing cost.

You are able to apply at 17, but you will have to complete the background check and fingerprinting process once you turn 18. It is up to you to decide.

If you are not in school for Pharmacy/Medical studies yet, complete the Technician application. Once you are in school for this career path, you are able to apply for the Intern License.
